You will receive an email with your transaction reciept. If you do not receive this email soon, please let us know at [email protected] and we will verify your email address was entered correctly and resend a copy of your transaction receipt.  Your account may take up to 24-48 hours to be created.  A member of our support team will contact you as soon as your account is activated to walk you thru the setup process. If you need to set up a specific time for your orientation session, please let us know a good time period for you by replying to your transaction receipt and we will do our best to contact you during that time.  

BSmart offers a 1 year limited warranty on box hardware from the date of purchase. Electrical and/or lightning damage is not covered. BSmart, in accordance with Florida State Statutes offers a 7 day hardware refund policy period, however a $50 programming and restocking fee applies. Monthly services cannot be refunded once applied to your account. Please keep this receipt for your warranty. Internet speed and connection is the responsibility of the customer.
